C.E.C. teaches enterprising youth from urban communities and communities of color how to think big. If you are not from these communities, and believe your child would thrive and expand in this equestrian experience we welcome and encourage you to join us.

Our riders are exposed to many perspectives and values. We are proud of that. Our training and mentoring programs with our many exciting trips in the equestrian world teach much more than good horsemanship. We encourage a resourcefulness that leads to upward mobility and broader social development for children the majority of whom are low income African American or Latino. We offer four main programs and extensive travel and training for children ages 5-17 years. We welcome anyone with a passion for horses and a respect for human diversity and intergroup harmony who would like to join us in this work. Young people are accepted based on interest, interviews, and recommendations.
